Once they start growing it's very apparent when you run.

I've decided to keep this week solely for stretching. One just to improve my mobility(it feels good), and two, my right shoulder is still tender from a previous impingement and started to flair up again. Gonna start up my gym routine again on Friday. I have no idea if this new gym is gonna have an initiation fee and I would like to be paid before I sign up.

I kinda feel dumb about not taking stretching seriously. I mean I always warmed up and stretched, but I was never the most flexible person, especially in my hamstrings, but that's genetic from my mom. So I was always discouraged because it was my biggest pain point and it felt like it never improved no matter how much I did. But for the first time in my life, stretching upwards of 45 minutes a day on just my hips and hamstrings and I am so fucking close to touching my toes for the first time.
