It should be noted, UCP has previously cut funding for stuff like regular doctors visits, they're not actually proponents of preventative care, they just want to cripple the medical system so they can use the failing healthcare system (that they caused to fail) as an excuse to privatize and move to the American model. This is exactly what they want to do. Privatizing healthcare doesn't make things better. It only makes the shareholders richer.
