Rumor is that she allowed Ras to be killed, and after that point, its anyones guess as to where she went or what she was up to. One thing was for sure - both she and Vertigo played some sort of ill-defined yet important role in the development of the Society, and the pair of them may be key in understanding what happened in a world under Darkseid. By the time the first hints of answers were to be had, Brennus encountered his mother in a park at the center of Chicago, where he tried to bring her home. Instead, he discovered her to be the Prime Fury of Chicago - a powerful, ruthless, cruel being that beat her son, mocked him, and warned him to never return to the city. --- "It is too easy being monsters.
