A couple of years ago I'd have said no, but tech is advancing so fast that it now seems like an inevitably. The biggest obstacle right now isn't the technology, it's the sourcing of voices. Like obviously any half-way intelligent voice actor is not going to grant rights to their voice. So it won't replace current VAs as a vocal identity. But there are enough open source voices or non-VAs willing to sell their voice as a "stock voice" that AI voice libraries will be expansive enough to fill any role you need.
