It's still not enough. Let me tell you a story about what happened to me yesterday to tell you what I deal with. A paralegal is like a certificate program. It doesn't take a genius or any real intelligence to be a paralegal. No offense to any paralegals here but you probably act like this too so maybe full offense.

I call an attorney to discuss a demand I received with insufficient supporting docs. His paralegal answers and puts me on hold. She comes back on the line and says, "Hello?" So I say back very friendly, "Hey!" so she knows I'm still there.

Do you know what she did? She immediately became nasty with a nasty ass tone and screamed, "My name isn't 'Hey,' it's Sean so don't disrespect me."

Ma'am. My name isn't "Hello" and I didn't have a fucking conniption when you said it to me. Get a fucking life.
