That would bar Magus from ever scoring KOs without someone else helping tilt the numbers in his favor, which isn't quite the idea. It should more or less have guaranteed moderate damage, good chance of high damage, and a low but not tiny chance of KO. If anyone has an easier way of getting where we do rn tho, I'm all ears.
