I think someone mentioned a "pee-in" and I think, along those lines, of a protest happening something like this:

  1. An event. Preferably a government-related event, but it would otherwise need be some kind of public event. The venue has to have gendered bathrooms. Not just port-a's.
  2. The protestors pick one set of gendered bathrooms and gather both outside and inside the women's bathroom. The only people in the bathroom itself are women. You only need enough to fill all the stalls. Outside should be at least four people, but preferably more, gender-mixed.
  3. The protestors bar entrance to anyone who wishes to use that women's bathroom. Anyone. They will cite that those people cannot prove they are women and thus the women currently inside the bathroom are being protected, as per the new law. They may have to physically block the entrance, which would of course, be why it's required that there are at least a few people and preferably some strong people.
Furthermore, the protestors place signs making a few things explicitly clear:
  • That it's a protest against the specific law. No need for false flagging.
  • That they're in place, regardless, to "uphold the law" by denying access to the bathroom to anyone that they believe is not a woman. (The trick here being they will believe no one is a woman)
  • That the only acceptable way to prove being a woman is to submit oneself to "an inspection" as a requirement to enter, and be no more specific than that.
  • Probably some other pithy slogans asking people "Do You Feel Safer Now?" and some such.
In case of any outcry, protestors will point people to the men's restroom nearby or to any other restrooms at the venue that they can use, but not this one, "for the protection of the women inside".

This is, naturally, a dangerous protest. I definitely wouldn't recommend anyone try this.
