So I just gotta figure out what to chase to clear the event ASAP then, as that's the only thing that will be unobtainable. Gotcha.
To access the event you'll need to clear Chapter 3-22. Assuming it takes you a week to clear the story, which imo is quite generous, (took me 2-3 days) you'd still have a week to farm the event, and at a rate of around 1,000 Bongies a day you should clear out all the rewards before then. That's a pretty rough grind though. Even with all 4 Event items boosting the rate of bongies you only get 170 (from a base of 80). If you only care about the Event ID and EGO though you can stop halfway through. R.B. Sous-chef Gregor only requires 440 bongies, and Lifetime Stew Don Quixote takes 2,200. The two gacha ones. Well, the banner for them ends this week so your best bet is to scrounge up 400 Shard Crates ASAP by doing the event, spamming Mirror Dungeons for battle pass exp, and doing Refraction Railway. Shard Crates give 1-3 Egoshards, with Nominal Shard Crates granting them in a specific identity you want. So for 200 crates you can cash them out for ~400 shards and just buy the Ryoshu and Sinclair items. It's a pretty hard grind, but in theory you should have all of May to accomplish it.

There's a total of 60 Nominal crates on Refraction Railway, it also contains 2 Decaextraction tickets and a Season 1 000 Guaranteed Decaextraction ticket. The Hell's Chicken event contains 20 pull tickets (with 10 tickets you can perform a decaextraction, so functionally that's 2 deca tickets) and 70 Nominal Crates; but most of those are back-loaded. The rest of the crates you'll probably need to get from the battle pass, which means grinding a lot of Mirror of Dungeons.

Good luck! Hope you have fun and try not to get too burnt out. alternatively, you could get lucky and just pull them, but given the size of the pool those odds aren't the greatest.
