I don't think OP is fat, but the pic shows off a double chin forming and a round fullness in the sides of the face, combine that with the giant lenses and it makes his eyes look small and beady. Agree the shirt could be more fashionable as well. I'm far from a fashionista, but I have always liked men in button downs and vests. Vests are sexy. --- I am awesome and so are you.
