The game gives you all the tools you could ever want to be OP, but it also like, expects you to use em. Dark Spark for example can make every boss much easier to beat, but you have to, like, land it. It's like the one FF game from its era (meaning 'every nintendo system FF') where you can say you actually get gud at it as you go and it's worth doing so.
