Black Mage's best talent is crowd control, and you're better off dropping a single Fira to speed up a large encounter rather than spend HP over more rounds. Just save as many "Temper" as you can for boss battles lol. Yeah it's a different playstyle magic wise from all the other games in the series. While I will always like "MP" it is kind of fun with a little change of pace, even though I find it way more restricting. Irony posted... I'm assuming the remaster of 1 doesn't have the PSP stuff in it right? I wouldn't think so but I can't say for sure. I don't remember what was in the PSP version but generally these don't have the bonus stuff. Like the PSP version of 4 had The After Years and the challgenge dungeons and the ability to change party members but the Pixel Remaster version has none of that.
