Topic	Apparently the brain starts declining between 30 and 40

I guess maybe the only thing I can think of is that sometimes I'll be in a conversation, and I suddenly forget the point I was about to try to make. Like I might start talking about something and then I forget where I was going with it It usually only happens if I'm in a debate or argument though.
