Saw a video of Tony Robbins talking about a story where someone tells their kid to invest $300 a month every month from 18-27 and then theyll be set for life without having to put anymore money in.

Math worked out to them retiring with like $1.8 million off a $28,800 investment assuming the normal 8-10% average gains each year

Wish Id have gotten into this younger instead of blowing money on dumb shit like a sports car lol

I think Im in a decent place though for 30. Dont have much invested but I have a nice big house already. Can probably get it paid off by my late 40s while still investing and have a nice nest egg with a paid off house in my 50s
