Just Westchester County, New York, their is a mutant that can take off his glasses and wipe out a city block, there is another mutant that can control the very weather, there are two mutants that can literally control your mind. On top of that they can use their powers to track you. Bye bye civil liberties. People equate these poor mistakes of nature to different human groups. And that is horrible.
