That's just sleep apnea tbh While I won't reject the idea of sleep apnea, this was definitely a standard panic attack for me agesboy posted... every time i'm about to fall asleep for the first time each night, I experience the feeling of falling rapidly for a split second, so sleeping always takes extra time for me because my heart is racing. fun! never happens twice in one night though That happens to be occasionally, it scares me for a split-second but then it's ok Zareth posted... Sometimes when I'm real tired and trying to sleep I'll like jerk about real suddenly for a second ya, that happens to me all the time, especially in the legs. --- "Salt cures Everything!"
