He couldn't lay flat or his heart would start racing, so he had to prop himself up to sleep. At first, I thought it was him getting overzealous with detoxing (health nut that he is), but he later told me that a visit to a chiropractor fixed that issue and gave him very restful sleep. Visiting that chiropractor near me would be nice, but I wanna save my money for fixing up my lip. Basically, a childhood accident gave me what's known as a venous lake, so I've had a purple lump on my lip since I was 10. I really wanna get rid of it, because it feels like it undermines any attempts I make at self-improvement.
