Topic	I'm working in the ER now. Day one on the floor and they already lost a patient.

Only 30% of Code Blues in a prehospital setting survive. It's hard to see the family upset but you gotta tune it out and just strive to keep going and keep improving: it's your responsibility as a healthcare worker to learn and improve to help people.
