WazzupGenius00 03/30/23 4:59:57 PM #317:	I did see from a developer that Beast not reducing Kittys cost and Collector not boosting when she returns to hand is a bug, but her cost not changing from Wave/Elysium/Dream Dimension/Sera if she starts a turn on the board is working as designed. Has something to do with how passive cost modifiers are programmed. If she starts the turn in-hand, those things do affect her.
