Topic	Why is it so much harder to lose fat than gaining it?

I started changing my habits, I am 10 lbs down, but I hate how I became more chubby and I feel like it make me look a lot older and I used to be mistaken for younger all the time. I feel like I am getting exhausted way too quickly. Changing bad eating habits is harder than I thought(and why was it easier to lose weight when I was single) So for those who lost a lot of weight during Covid.
