Saw it Thursday night. Absolutely loved it. Final half hour was incredible.

JW4 fixed the major problem I had with JW3 (3's plot felt totally disjointed, like a bunch of setpieces had been mashed together) and delivered great new characters and a storyline that reminded me of The Good, the Bad, and the Ugly.

And, yes, the top-down one-shot scene was amazing. Bonus points for including the club music from JW1.
