I said likely, not must.
And I think the Kirby shot was bad because it seemed clear that Kirby was being genuine about their claim, and there was no reason to doubt them at that time. Not that Kirby was obvious town, but that he was very likely a Vig as claimed through that whole situation. Hence I think it was a bad shot to make at that time.

Okay, likely, but still. You're pointing out a reason to think someone should have been obvious town but are admitting in the same post scum likely has the info so why would that matter
You keep sneaking in words like obvious Ctes, and I'm not sure why you're trying to paint me in that light. Only Sith deal in absolutes, you know.

Here's how I recall the situation going down.

Kirby makes specific hint to Ulti about being a vig.
Several people respond about the 10 minute thing, including Ben posting a picture about it.
SBell is confused about how to interpret Ben's picture laughing at Kirby for ostensibly not knowing about the 10 minute restriction.
Kirby is annoyed that SBell is not picking up information that everyone else seems to understand.
Kirby asks if he can shoot SBell for not getting it.
SBell shoots Kirby for asking for permission to shoot.

It feels to me like the shot had more to do with the authenticity of Kirby's hint to Ulti. Otherwise SBell is making a pure retaliation shot.
So I'm saying that it was a bad shot overall, for either reason.

Just to be clear, if SBell's reason for shooting Kirby is solely only because of the fact that Kirby asked for permission to shoot him, then I still think that's a bad shot and doesn't change my argument for why I'm voting.
