They make little air bubbles to supply themselves with oxygen, and can last over a day underwater before needing to replenish their air supply. I tried reading up on them but I still don't quite understand how this works, even with a bunch of pictures, since the air bubbles seem to be on the spiders' ass lol. Apologies to him, but could @dolomedes elaborate? These guys are really interesting. And additional apologies for not realizing that your name was a genus of spider lol.
