Like a few days ago some dude in his 80s sought out our products, we set him up with it, and just hours later got bombarded with phone calls from his family accusing us of taking advantage of and elderly man with dementia. First he contacted us for OUR product and decided to purchase. Second, how the fuck were any of my reps supposed to know he has dementia!?
