There will be another current generation contest following this, so that's where these games can be nominated. TO THIS Since we're at the point of some games being released on multiple generations of consoles at the same time (Most stuff released recently has not been exclusive to gen 9, for example), games which released simultaneously for generation 8 and PlayStation 5 and/or XBOX Series X consoles are not eligible for nomination. There will be another current generation contest following this, so that's where these games can be nominated.
