Both guns and pets need to be restricted because of irresponsible people. Is not breeding certain domestic animals truly more ridiculous than trying to make the entire human race less stupid? Should we or should we not allow people to breed bears that easily kill anyone if they have one bad day or a bad owners? Sounds like letting everyone own nuclear missile launchers because the majority are probably responsible enough to respect their power. BSL does not work, full stop. At that point you might as well just restrict dog ownership to dogs no bigger than Yorkshire Terriers. Trying to equate bears to domestic dogs is a faulty argument for obvious reasons.
