I think I replied to the last one about the Micheal Phelps above ground pool we got.

It was amazing, and not that expensive, they used a crane (so scary) to lift it up over our house into the back yard.

The pool is also a really large (like pool sized) hot tub, and it also has the wave thing you can swim against. It has a cover to protect from anyone climbing in (kids etc...know that isn't an issue with you, but neighbors etc). I was very very happy with the pool, it's literally cheaper then having one put in your back yard in most cases, but waaay more versatile. It's awesome for having large parties in your back yard since it's a HUGE hottub (could have like 12 people in it comfortably).

Let me see if I can find a link for you, I'd highly recommend it, and it doesn't take any time to get set up etc. We literally had them come out one day, prepare where it was going to be placed, the next day they came with a crane and lifted it over our house and into the back yard, positioned it, and it was ready to use the next day.

Bah, can't find a link for you that shows the price. I believe it was like 12k back in 2010, but I may be miss remembering. Gotta put in info etc to get prices now which is silly. Having a pool put in would have required a bunch of construction in our back yard etc, and would have come out to be about the same price. The pool we got was long enough to swim laps (not that you needed to due to the machine that gave you a current to swim against which was much better). Plenty of space for 4 of us to be in comfortably and swim around at the same time/excersize etc (we did water areobics in it for years). It was also an amazing hot tub as well, that lit up and hat tons of jet streams to massage your back etc.

Loved that pool. Hope it isn't too expensive now and is still comparable to having one put in. If it's anywhere near the same price, the convienence of just having it installed, and the versatility (hot tub/swim spa/pool) is sooooo worth it.
