Michelle Yeoh, Ke Huy Quan and Brendan Fraser winning are huge for many different reasons and I'm extremely happy they won! And of the BP nominees that I saw this year EEAAO was easily the best, though I really liked Banshees too. Parasite > EEAAO > Shape of Water > Birdman > 12 Years a Slave > Nomadland I should watch CODA sometime. Kind of ambivalent on seeing Spotlight and Moonlight. Green Book meh. Probably benefited from a weaker field but guess I can't really judge since I haven't seen it. ... Copied to Clipboard! |
