Well neither are hippos, but I wouldn't want anyone owning one as a pet, even if the majority of them never kill anyone. I don't think pit bulls are evil or anything. They're just animals, but unlike wild animals whose homes we wander into, we created domestic dogs and bring them into our homes and neighborhoods. Maybe we shouldn't have any pets that can easily dismember a man wandering about, regardless of how responsible we are at coexisting with them.

I don't just care about violence. I also think we should stop breeding those poor bulldogs and all the health issues we make them suffer. It was wildly irresponsible to fuck up a dog breed that much.
