It tastes exactly like what I imagine all the chemicals under the kitchen sink combined would taste like, and honestly makes me want to puke. Last time I had one as a joke I was shitting green for two days, so not only was the Shamrock shake disgusting but it also was literal poison. It's easily the most foul thing on their menu and that's truly an accomplishment given that the Filet O Fish exists.
