I can't imagine putting a turn based RPG in someone's top 300 video games, unless they've played less than 300 games. If you want a story, that's what books and film are for. If you want gameplay, that's what real video games are for. A turn based RPG has never merged both aspects in a satisfying manner; the gameplay is unfulfilling and only acceptable if lack dexterity and mental sharpness; and secondly, you have to deal with the story being broken up among those fruitless ventures.
