Topic	Plant turnarounds are brutal

It definitely sucked working so many straight 12s though. I think it was worth it once with the OT, but I have no desire to do another one. Felt pretty bad for the full time salaried staff, but I did hear they got decent bonuses for turnaround season. I was a full time salaried engineer during the turnarounds I went through.
