I gave him Evil Ryu's best equipment (He has the same line as the Ryus), which includes a couple of S rank gear put him on the LImit Break, he was lvl 119 ...my A+ REGULAR Ryu actually tanks way better than he does Hawk was PATHETIC I legit TRIED to make him work, but holy fuck man but yea, next time I stream, maybe tomorrow, I'll have do more a bunch more draws because I'm truly stuck now, Promoting is the only way I can't even grind, 120 is apparently the cap?
