Sorozone 03/07/23 6:10:40 PM #171: | Done with vacation, snow is melting, went in today. Hit a new PR of 195 on incline bench, and finished the workout on weighted dips. 90 pounds for 3 reps. Most weight I've attempted and I'm happy I could muster more than one rep out of it. I am curious how many I could do just with my body weight at this point.
