Definitely the hardest song to pin a score on thus far, out of the Post Ranking Ranking. I think I like the story being told here; wanting to escape the shit place where you were born in quite relatable for *reasons*, things not working out is also *relatable*, and the ambiguity of the ending is also... well, I haven't found an aadjective for that yet, but I don't dislike it.

But while I applaud the story, there are no specific lyrics that I want to focus on. And I don't really remember much of the song itself. It's nice enough, but it feels like I don't click with it as much as one would expect from a 60 point song. But it's giving me a lot to think about and remember, so it's probably the most relevant and interesting of the "new to me" songs from the album. So I really don't know where I'd place this song, but I'm going to say starting at 60 points would probably make the most sense..

I've liked this one for a while now. It's not quite on the level of Run-Around, but it's an infectiously catchy pop song wrapped up in a self-deprecating shell that hates infectiously catchy pop songs. It's neat and I had a brief obsession with this song for about a week at some point in the past... not quite something I want to go back to listening to on an infinite loop, but still a good track that I like a fair amount & a fairly significant reason that i wanted to try the rest of the album in the first place.

This may somehow be more of a filler track than Crash & Burn was. This instrumental does nothing for me and it's too short to really feel anything positive or negative towards it. There's some faint whispering at the end of the track, but I can't make it out & I'm not having any luck finding info on it. It's.... I don't know, I'd start with it at exactly 50 points and probably wind up moving it slightly up-or-down by the end because I don't like giving exactly 50 points.

This type of inspirational message isn't exactly what I want right now, but this song is strangely charming? I'm surprised by how much I like this one... I think I'd actually start this one at 70 points. This one pleases me.

Too many oft-repeated lines in this song, along with being a style of rock that I'm not into, combined with the innate disadvantage of playing right after a song that I really liked. This song starts off on the wrong foot and never recovers... it's not something that I aggressively dislike, but this would probably be a track that I'd skip in the future.

General Thoughts: Pretty good album! I still consider anything with two 60+ point songs to be worth the listen and this album certainly passes that test. Even if you remove the three songs I already liked from the album, "Just Wait" & "Price To Pay" score enough points on their own to justify listening to the album. So, this was a pretty good day; got to revisit some old favorites, a new story to think about, and a new track that I really like.
