As chosen by B8, it is Sentinel time. All I know about this game going in is that it's a highly regarded anime VN with SRPG elements and multiple playable characters (I'll assume 13!). For those who haven't read my other playthrough topics, I like theorising about where things are going in this kind of game but I have a habit of getting things very very wrong!

I've only played for an hour or so but this is already a very strange game. I'm thrown headfirst into high school anime cliches blended with time travelling sci-fi kaiju. It's enticing, for sure! I hope I'm not supposed to be memorising everything already because there's a lot of info being thrown around, so many names to keep track of.

For reference I've just done Hijiyama's first VN section and it looks like I still have a lot of tutorial to go. I'm playing in English. The artstyle is cool, it's far too early to judge the combat, and I'm pleasantly surprised by the inclusion of a non-binary character already in Okino. I may need to start noting things down or making a flow chart to remember who is who and who knows what >_> I have a feeling this game may wind up making Zero Escape's narrative look simplistic.

Anyway, I'm excited for the ride. Let me know if there's anything I should know before going further, otherwise please don't spoil me on anything. I hope this topic will be enjoyable.
