It's all "not going to pass" until it eventually does. The Florida legislature is out of its fucking mind right now and the courts are completely unreliable, so this stuff's more dangerous than you think. But even putting that aside, right now everyone's talking about the 'bloggers have to register with the government' thing and are basically just completely overlooking that they're ALREADY trying to expand the Don't Say Gay law to include up to 8th grade as well as new restrictions banning school employees from using someone's given pronouns, and that stuff is a lot more likely to pass.
