Reform is already being made toward affordable higher education, by this administration. The solution is not "block access to higher education by restricting loans" but "make higher education affordable without loans". You keep repeating this point and it is harmful. The primary way to successfully drive social mobility is through access to education. By restricting access you are effectively kneecapping any semblence of social mobility in the US.
