The vast, vast majority of people aren't talented enough to be able to make a career out of art. If those are the only jobs, that means artists are the only ones that can make money, and you just can't run an economy like that. If AI takes over all the jobs there won't be a money based economy anymore, the fun jobs (like being a writer, musician, athlete, etc.) will be for fun/fame not extra resources.
