I thought venting would help but no. I've been trying to not think about it lately but I was stupid enough to want to share, and now I feel worse. I have no choice but to constantly dwell on it because due to the nature of how emotionally abusive it was, it's probably the last relationship I'll ever have, and there's a 100% chance I won't be able to find love again.
