Hugtto Precure (generally considered one of the very best in the franchise, can't remember if you've watched that one but if you haven't you really should) was 2 years before Healin' Good (the COVID-hindered season that's generally considered one of the worst) and Star Twinkle in between them was also pretty good, so the pattern doesn't hold for the entire franchise's history. Healin' Good wasn't that bad, it wasn't great per se but it at least managed to keep my attention till the end.
