I was going to move my Micaiah to Framme at first And I will eventually But I did leave mine of Yunaka as of right now IMO, it's best to give Micaiah to someone who doesn't already have access to staves/magic by default but has a decent magic growth so they can use them well later on. https://serenesforest.net/engage/characters/growth-rates/ Yunaka is a decent pick, but she has better things to do (as mentioned). Chloe and Anna are the two best choices because their magic growth is actually higher than their strength growth so class changing them to a magic class later on is great, but Jade and Lapis are two more interesting options who can have fun with a mixed class or with a magic weapon like a Levin Sword. Whoever you pick, just make sure you level their bond with Micaiah to 9 for magic proficiency before going into chapter 10.
