Topic | Netflix's new rules for password sharing... (From another board)... |
CyborgSage00x0 02/01/23 6:27:39 PM #22: | This is a really bad move for Netflix. Audience dissatisfaction with them is at an all-time high, mostly from their habit of canceling shows and rotating out a lot of their library. Giving viewers a reason to drop them, when competition abounds all over, seems ridiculously short-sighted. And it's something that absolutely must not be encouraged. It's easy to think it's just $3...until it becomes successful, and everyone else copies it. This is definitely a litmus test for streaming at large. Everyone cut the cable, but streaming has just been slowly morphing into that, and worse. That said, if you have a Firestick and live near the primary account holder, brining it to their house and logging on every 31 days negates this. --- PotD's resident Film Expert. ...
