Yes she trusted them to take her home and she was clearly too drunk to consent and it was wrong of that guy to take advantage. If anything I wish minors lost their protection for being protected after 16 and this dude should get roasted publicly. Not defending it but at college getting drunk, partying and having sex is the regular idea of fun. If you tried fighting every horny intoxicated person you would quickly stop getting invited to any outings.
