Antivax, anti-covid, etc., in the past and in the present, are not limited to the US. There are just as many pockets in the whole world. Similarly, I would imagine there are few, if any, mask/vaccine mandates/restrictions in other countries as well. I'm sure you could find mandates in certain spots here in the US just as I'm sure you could find let-er-rips internationally as well, so I don't want this to become a finger-pointing "what-about-X!!" when we all know we can go back and forth on that all day.
