Its made my already lovely back get even lovelier which I did not think was possible. But basically Ill do my primary working sets with 35-55lbs on the belt for 4 sets, which will usually get me to about 20-25 reps. And then decreasing the weight a set at a time, doing amrap until I hit the 50 reps. Highly recommended this interests me --- yet all azuarc of all sorts are more or less capricious and unreliable - they live in the varying outer weather, and they inhale its fickleness ...
