TopicDid Vergil actually think he wouldn't lose to Nero next time?

I have a small gripe with Urizen's name. Why is he named Urizen? I saw V turn the words Your Reason into Urizen but that's not enough and also I'm guessing nobody told Urizen himself or asked him what he wanted to be called.
If V is named V doesn't that mean Urizen should have gotten the rest of the name? Shouldn't he be named Ergil?
I'm not saying that would have been good, in fact he would have been all but telling on himself.

Here's the thing about that, that's way too close to Egil like in Xenoblade Chronicles. Urizen is already guilty of attempting to make Faced Mechon minions of Trish and Lady which doesn't help. If you read Gilgamesh's lore they tell you that the demon itself isn't a naturally occurring creature named Gilgamesh, but rather Gilgamesh is the name of the demonic metal substances either brought to life or merged with something else. It sounds like he was simultaneously trying to improve his Faced Mechon creation skills and trying to build himself a knock-off Mechonis.

Here's the other thing, that big tree? I watched Xeno 2 on Youtube and I already saw the world tree so I am extra unimpressed. I watched it last year which was after I played DMC5 but I can still be retroactively unimpressed. That game also has 2 lame characters fusing to make a lame character at the end like how this game has 2 lame Vergils fusing to make a lame Vergil at the end.
I'm not saying they're the same thing because Vergil is way lamer and more inept you see Rex and Mythra and Red Mythra they do pretty well in their adventure but Vergil screws up three times over. Big difference.
