Yeah part of the reason (honestly the main imo) Leader is stupid is if he flips first he'll copy the modified copies, which then do their abilities.

So for example if you play Forge + Black Panther you'd get a (4+2)*2 12 Black Panther-- Leader would then copy a 12 Black Panther who would Wakanda Forever!~ and become a 24 Black Panther.

But then also with Leech he ALSO won't copy the blanked effect they have and he'll get the genuine articles, so it's a double standard. So it feels like a best of both worlds situation always favoring Leader-- I assume the coding is just sloppy and it's not really working like intended but yeah.
