One could easily read this passage and place themselves in a situation where their wife was going to die of natural causes, let's say cancer for example. Or some people will take it as, God is taking this woman's life away purely out of hatred/evil. It could mean you should persevere to the future when loved ones are lost. And to not sit alone in shame, covering yourself from the world and get back out and enjoy life eventually.
