As for the student who was killed, she had a BAC of .319 so anyone saying she consented like the slimey lawyer is trying to say is full of it.It sounded to me that the lawyer is for the guy who sat in the front seat. I think he is trying to say his client didnt rape her, not that she wasnt raped. I dunno how the law works in this case or what he can be charged with. If the lawyer is the same guy for all four saying this, yeah, it is completely full of shit to say it wasnt rape. WaterLink posted...
