Pokemon Emerald (GBA)
Technically, in that I defeated the Champion, but it feels a bit like a cheap shot. I bought this game in 2008 and played up through the seventh gym, but stopped abruptly as I often do with games. My team wasn't very good anyway - mostly Pokemon that I found cute or amusing that I had leveled to a point where they could take on the trainers in the mid-late game. However, I'd long-since transferred my team up through the generations, leaving me with utility Pokemon that last year I used to get the Regis for my HOME living dex. I recently found out that at this point in the game I could get Rayquaza, so I used my Master Ball on it and basically used it to solo the rest of the game (with some help from a Pikachu and Wailord). Now to get Groudon, Kyogre and Latias so I can restart the game and play it for real.
